Q4 is here. Book by Friday, Nov 13 to get new ads live before Black Friday.

A brand invites 100+ creators, gets buried in videos it can't afford to test, and burns its reputation when creators never see spend. BNGR does the opposite: audit first, warm up a small cohort, find signal in your account, then seed better creators and invest in them for the long run. We run the full stack, from casting and briefs to approvals, ad batching and Slack reporting.

The biggest mistake on Trybe

More creators is not more winners.

Trybe (jointrybe.com) is a performance-based UGC platform that connects brands with creators and turns their videos into Meta partnership ads. It makes it easy to invite a hundred creators in an afternoon. That's the trap.

If your spend can only test 15 creators a month, the other 85 are making videos that will never run. They don't get paid, they stop making content, and they tell other creators your program is a dead end. By the time you find a winner, the creators you need have moved on.

How programs burn out

Too many creators Over budget

Invites outrun the testing budget from day one.

Hundreds of videos Pending

The team can't review them, and the budget can't test them.

Creators never get spend Reputation burned

No spend means no payouts. Good creators leave and talk.

No signal, just noise Learning limited

Budget spread thin across everything, so nothing gets a fair read.

The BNGR approach

Start small. Find signal. Invest in winners.

The program grows when the account says so, not before. Every creator we add has a reason to be there and a budget to be tested with.

  1. Week 0

    Audit

We size the program to your spend, not your ambition. How much testing budget you have decides how many creators you can support.

  2. Weeks 1 to 4

    Warm up

A small cohort of creators cast to your top avatar. Their ads go live fast, they get paid early, and they get excited to make more.

  3. Month 2

    Find signal

We read the account: which avatars, angles, hooks and creator styles spend and convert. Everything else gets cut.

  4. Month 3 on

    Seed better creators

We recruit stronger creators who match the signal, then invest in them for the long run with re-briefs, tiers and bonuses.

  5. As spend grows

    Expand with scope

New creators and new avatars are added only when spend and results justify it. No backlog, no burned reputation.

The long game: a small bench of proven creators who keep winning, built to last.

Why the audit matters

Your spend decides how many creators you can support.

A creator test needs real spend to read. Using our default of $75 to $100 a day for 3 to 4 days, every test costs roughly $225 to $400. Put 10% to 20% of your Meta spend toward testing and the math tells you how big your program should be today.

One catch: a test is one video, not one creator. A single creator can send you 20 videos. If nobody tells them how much to make, one eager creator can eat a month of testing budget. So we tell every creator how many videos to make and which angles to cover, and ask winners for more.

Monthly Meta spendTesting budget (10 to 20%)Video tests it supports
$30K$3K to $6KAbout 8 to 26 a month
$100K$10K to $20KAbout 25 to 90 a month
$300K$30K to $60KAbout 75 to 265 a month

Rough math using our default test budgets. The audit sets your real numbers.

The full stack

Six layers. One team runs all of them.

Every layer feeds the next, and the reporting decides when the program grows. You keep the brand, the product and the final say.

  1. 01

    Audit and custom plan

    Sized to your spend

We audit your ad account, testing budget, past creator content and Trybe setup, then build a plan that fits what you can actually test.

    • Creator capacity from your testing budget
    • Starting avatar and first angles
    • Commission and creator-tier design
    • Expansion triggers, written down
  2. 02

    Creator pool by avatar

    Small first, then seeded

A warm-up cohort cast to your top avatar, then stronger creators seeded to match what the account proves is working.

    • Avatar sheets for each customer type
    • Warm-up cohort, then seeding waves
    • On-camera vetting before product ships
    • Long-term investment in winners
  3. 03

    Creative strategy and campaign recs

    Briefs from your data

Angles and hooks ranked by avatar and awareness stage, turned into briefs and video templates, plus the campaign structure to test them.

    • Angle-led briefs and video templates
    • Competitor winners remade with your creators
    • Testing and scaling structure, budgets and kill rules
    • Naming convention and tracking setup
  4. 04

    Approvals

    Fast, consistent, written down

Every submission reviewed against a written checklist on a fixed schedule. Specific notes go back to creators, so approval rates climb.

    • Hook, product, claims and brand checklist
    • Timestamped revision notes
    • Partnership-ad permissions confirmed
    • Approval rate tracked per creator
  5. 05

    Ad batching into your account

    We push the buttons

Approved videos land in your ad account in batches, built as partnership ads and ready to spend, so creators see their work go live.

    • Partnership ads from creator handles
    • Primary text and headline variants
    • Creator tags and naming on every ad
    • Launched into your test structure
  6. 06

    Slack reporting

    Campaigns and creators, weekly

A shared Slack channel where you see what's live, what's winning, which creators to back and whether it's time to expand.

    • Weekly campaign report
    • Creator leaderboard
    • Approval queue and winner alerts
    • Monthly expand-or-hold review

↻ Every week: Slack results decide who gets re-briefed, who gets seeded and when we expand.

FAQ

Trybe management questions

What is Trybe management?

Trybe management is the done-for-you operation of a brand's Trybe creator program. BNGR runs the full stack: an audit and custom plan sized to your spend, a small warm-up cohort of creators cast to your customer avatars, creative strategy and campaign recommendations, approvals, batching approved ads into your ad account, and Slack reporting on every campaign and creator. Then we expand only as the account shows signal.

How many creators should a brand start with on Trybe?

Fewer than you think. Your testing budget decides it, not the number of creators who apply. Each test (one video or concept) needs roughly $225 to $400 of spend to read, so a brand testing $4,500 a month can read about 11 to 20 tests. And one creator can make 20 videos on their own, so the real limit is videos, not creators. We usually start with a warm-up cohort of 5 to 10 creators and tell each one how many videos to make and which angles to cover, then add more only when spend and signal justify it.

Why not invite 100+ creators to a Trybe program at once?

Because most brands can't afford to test what 100+ creators produce. You get hundreds of videos, most never get spend, creators don't get paid, and word spreads that your program is a dead end. That burns your reputation with the creators you'll want later. Starting small keeps every video testable and every creator motivated.

Why does a Trybe program need a warm-up period?

A warm-up gets ads spending and creators paid early. A small cohort sees their videos go live and earn quickly, which keeps them excited and making more. It also gives the account clean data to find which avatars, angles and creator styles actually convert before you scale.

What's in a Trybe audit?

We review your ad spend and testing budget, past creator content and how it performed, your Trybe setup and approval backlog, tracking and attribution, and competitors' creator ads. You get a custom plan: how many creators your spend can support, which avatars to start with, the first briefs, the campaign structure, and the triggers for when to expand.

How do you match creators to our customer avatars?

We build an avatar sheet for each customer type (life stage, problem, where they scroll, how they talk), then cast creators who are that person or speak to them credibly. After the warm-up, we seed new creators who match whatever the account proves is working.

Who uploads the ads into our account?

We do. Approved videos are batched into your ad account as Meta partnership ads with copy variants, the right naming convention and creator tags, then launched into the test structure from your plan. Your account stays in your name; we work through partner access.

What do the Slack reports include?

A shared Slack channel with a weekly campaign report (spend, CPA, ROAS, hook rate and top ads), a creator leaderboard, the approval queue, and alerts when a new ad starts winning. Plus a monthly strategy review that decides whether to expand the program.

Does BNGR edit the creator videos?

Creators deliver finished, ready-to-run videos, and we get quality up front with tight briefs and video templates. When a video wins, our editors can cut new hooks from it as an add-on.

Can BNGR train our in-house team instead?

Yes. We trained One Sol's in-house team on creative, writing briefs and hiring creators so they could make their own ads. Ask about it on the call.

How much does Trybe management from BNGR cost?

A flat monthly fee based on the size of your plan. BNGR takes no percentage of your ad spend. We quote after the audit.

Is this the same Trybe as the spa booking software?

No. This page is about Trybe (jointrybe.com), the performance-based UGC platform that connects brands with creators. It is unrelated to Trybe spa and hotel booking software (try.be) or the Trybe coding school.

Want a Trybe program that doesn't burn out?

Book a call. We'll audit your account and tell you how many creators your spend can support today, who to cast first, and what has to happen before we expand.
